Beberapa waktu lalu telah selesai dilaksanakan seleksi ssw - tokutei ginou yang berjalan dengan lancar dan antusias yang luar biasa.
Kemudian bagaimana dengan calon welder yang sudah lolos tes sebelumnya dan yang jadwal keberangkatannya yang akan segera tiba? Mereka mendapat pelatihan intensif khusus langsung dari Jepang selama kurang lebih sebulan.
Pelaksanaan rangkaian pelatihan ini tujuannya untuk mempersiapkan welder yang sebelumnya sudah lolos secara administrasi dan skill test untuk mendapatkan ilmu baru , refreshment dan persiapan menjelang keberangkatannya ke Jepang.
Pelatihan khusus ini lebih berpusat dan berfokus pada sklli pengelasan di galangan kapal, dengan menghadirkan pemateri serta instruktur langsung dari galangan kapal Jepang akan lebih memaksimalkan transfer knowledge dan skill karena para peserta ini nantinya akan kembali bekerja di Jepang. Sebagian peserta banyak yang sudah lama tidak ke Jepang maka dari itu Kampuh Welding Indonesia memfasilitasi kegiatan tersebut. Hal ini sangat disambut positif dari peserta dan tentu saja pihak dari Jepang.
